We can utilize pieces you already own, or bring new pieces in according to your budget.

FURNITURE PLAN

Minimum 2 hours per room

Let us maximize the the flow, utility, and beauty of your space with existing or newly recommended furniture. Includes scale floor plan drawing.

Sourcing new furniture will require additional time.

BUILDER FINISH SELECTIONS

Minimum 3 hours per room

We will guide selection of finishes from builder options. such as hardware, flooring, wood finishes, metal finishes. etc.

Sourcing additional pieces outside of builder options will require additional time.
