Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Expect shedding. Vacuum reguarly. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

Shipping Policy

Most items will ship within 2-3 business days, via most economical option, unless priority shipping is requested. Items ship from our Granville, OH storefront unless otherwise indicated. In an effort to be planet friendly, we will re-use shipping materials as much as possible. Shipping lead times for oversized items, furniture, special order items or out of stock items will be communicated within 1 business day.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Special order items are returnable for Store Credit only. Sale items and Gift Cards are final sale. Personalized items are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping to the following address: 134 N Prospect St, Granville, OH 43023. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
